The scratching column is wrapped in tightly wound natural sisal rope, a coarse fibre that holds up to repeated clawing and sheds far less than carpet. The teaser ball hangs on a cord from the top and swings when batted, and the loose balls roll freely on the base tray. There is nothing to assemble beyond standing it upright, and the cord and the balls are fitted at the factory rather than clipped on afterwards.

Return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging. Email us with your order number and we will reply within 1 business day with a return address. If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect we pay the return shipping in full.
You will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to become active with the carrier. Orders with several items may arrive in more than one parcel, on different days, at no extra cost.
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice — and you will not be asked to pay return shipping.
