The textured skin gives fingers something to hold, and the fill moves under pressure rather than resisting it flatly. It is small enough to sit in one hand and quiet enough to use anywhere. The outer skin is a stretchy moulded material over a soft inner fill, which is what produces the slow squash and the slow return. There is nothing to charge, refill or assemble, and it works the same on the first squeeze as the hundredth. Keep it away from sharp edges and pet teeth, since a split in the skin ends its life, and wipe it clean with a damp cloth.

Return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging. Email us with your order number and we will reply within 1 business day with a return address. If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect we pay the return shipping in full.
You will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to become active with the carrier. Orders with several items may arrive in more than one parcel, on different days, at no extra cost.
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice — and you will not be asked to pay return shipping.
